All accepted orders are shipped via third-party courier services. Depending on your location, deliveries typically take between 3-4 working days. Please note that deliveries to more remote areas, such as the North and North East, may require additional time based on the courier’s delivery schedule.

We make every effort to dispatch orders from our warehouse within 1 business day after the order is placed. However, during promotional periods or high demand, dispatch may take a little longer.

As the final leg of delivery is handled by our courier partners, we work closely with them to ensure timely deliveries. However, there may occasionally be delays beyond our control. In such cases, we will make every effort to resolve the situation and, if necessary, process a refund for prepaid orders.

Please note that we do not operate on Poya days or other gazetted/statutory holidays.
